Producer, designer, writer, Jesyca Durchin Schnepp
Jesyca has been an entertainment professional since 1991. As a script consultant, she worked for major studios and spent two years working with Tim Burton Productions on such projects as “Nightmare Before Christmas”. In 1994, she entered the entertainment software field and produced the CD-ROM title Eco East Africa winner of the Four Star Award of Excellence from Home PC Magazine.
Eco East Africa started a journey looking at software and games that appealed to girls and women. This novel idea led Jesyca to become an early team member at Mattel Media, where she produced many of the hugely successful Barbie Software titles. Barbie Fashion Designer, her first title, became the fastest selling children’s CD-ROM title in 1996 and was included in the Smithsonian Institution’s Permanent Research Collection in 1998.
Collaborator, co-designer, and producer, Jan BozarthLong time collaborator, co-designer, and producer, Jan Bozarth took up the reins of Nena Media in early 2014. Jan is a pioneer in entertainment, specializing in the creation of highly honored and nationally acclaimed entertainment products for thirty years. Jan’s early career spanned twenty years, specializing in music, home video, family and children’s programming through her tenure with CBS-FOX, MCA, Warner-Elektra-Atlantic, Esquire Magazine, and others. As an independent creator of family and children’s programming, she has developed, guided, designed, or produced more than 14 home video programs, 3 original stage musicals, 15 CD-ROM games, online games and learning products, 4 original music CD’s, and most recently 6 Fantasy Fiction novels for young girls, The Fairy Godmother Academy published by Random House. Additionally Jan is a composer who works with her family of composers that has produced songs, musicals and scores for games, television, ads, and other media. Jan is also nationally recognized as a branding and product design expert for positive content for children and family programs with a special emphasis on girls.
Writer, Nancy Berman
Nancy Berman has been writing since she was eight years old. She has contributed to more than 30 computer and video games, at least 20 role-playing game sourcebooks, a number of magazines and anthology articles, and has co-written four novellas. Her work in the interactive media industry since the early 1990s includes several stints at Disney, as well as work at Saban Entertainment, Vivendi, Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds Group and Quicksilver Software. Her most recent project involved development of a new interactive toy line for Disney Consumer Products.

Amy has over 15 years of expertise in consumer marketing, product management, brand strategy and interactive content development. She has focused on entertainment brands, working with leading companies such as Mattel, Discovery Kids, MaMaMedia, Viacom, Scholastic and Jim Henson Productions.
Stephanie Striegel is a 20-year veteran in film and television development and production. Stephanie has a deep understanding of story development across multiple platforms and is currently working with Nena Media to support quality assurance and international casting for the Barbie projects.
